    "description": "This metadata record describes geochemical data collected from depth-profile water samples at the deepest point of Lake Fryxell during the 2024 field season. Samples were analysed for dissolved trace gases and for metal concentrations, as well as the isotopic composition of carbon and oxygen in methane (CH\u2084) and carbon dioxide (CO\u2082).
