    "description": "This metadata record represents the data from gravity measurements at Kamb Ice Stream 1.\n\n30 line kilometers of gravity data were collected in front of the Kamb Ice Stream Grounding Line to charactersie the water column beneath the Ross Ice Shelf and the sedimentary strata beneath the sea floor. A 20-km long line  was collected ~10km offshore and parallel to the grounding line. A 10-km corossing line was collected perpendicular to the grounding line.\n\nGravity measurements were made using a Lacoste and Rhomberg D meter tied to a local base station and back to Hut Point Peninsula base stations.\n\nGET DATA: andrew.gorman@otago.ac.nz",
