    "description": "CTD data from mooring in Wilson Canyon, Ross Sea. SBE 37 MicroCAT CTD moored ~ 10 m above seafloor. Mooring also contained ADCP, sediment trap and turbidity meter. \n\nVariables measured: conductivity, temperature, pressure, salinity, oxygen.\n\nDeployed during TAN2302 voyage (31 January 2023), recovered during LB2401 voyage (14 February 2024).\n\nAim of project is to understand sediment transport via dense water flows from the shelf to the deep ocean, facilitated by submarine canyons. \n\nCollaboration between the Antarctic Science Platform, NIWA and the University of Plymouth. \n\nGET DATA:  scott.nodder@niwa.co.nz",
